It is completely made of expanded polypropylene (EPP), a material that is very light, but stable and durable at the same time. It can be produced in different densities to optimise it regarding ultimate load a insulation.
Due to its insulation characteristics it is ideal for frozen food and grocery logistics.
But also for special industrial usage it can be produced in electro-static-discharge (ESD) material.

Flip-Box® UL is based on a patented, innovative and already prooven technology. It is a cost saving product regarding tooling and development costs. Flip-Box® UL offers short lead times.
